I have been one of the Top Selling Realtors in the Jacksonville/St Augustine area for over 20 years and know it well. I work primarily as a Buyer’s Agent. It does not cost you anything. All Realtors are paid by the Seller, the Builder or the Bank. The difference is who they work for. Most Realtors are neutral, but I prefer to be on one side or the other. In this case I would be on “Your” side. It is sort of like going to Arbitration or hiring your own Attorney but in this case, it does not cost you anything to be represented. How good is that?
