If you are looking for “Extra Income” or thinking of “Moving” to St Augustine in the future and considering renting out Short Term or Yearly till you come full time, this may be an option. Just be aware there are expenses to be considered like Cleaning & Property Management plus limitations set by the Government on where it is allowed and the frequency.
